CANCELLATION, RETURN & REPLACEMENT

Cancellation

Since bespoke wallpapers are made specifically to your requirements, they may not be resalable to other customers. For this reason, they cannot be returned.

However, you can cancel an order before it enters the production stage. We typically manufacture and ship orders on the next business day. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly. However, a cancellation fee of Rs 2000 or 25% of the total order value (whichever is higher), will be charged and refunded within 5 working days

Return

Typically, bespoke or custom-made products may not be eligible for returns unless there is a damage to the goods. Since bespoke wallpapers are made specifically to your requirements, they may not be resalable to other customers.

Replacement

In case the product is received in a damaged condition by the customer. He should not use the same and initiate the return process. 

·         Share us the pictures of damaged wallpaper along with packaging, which would confirm that the wallpaper has been damaged during the transit.

·         We will arrange for the pickup from customer’s place

·         Upon receiving the product and inspection we will be providing the replacement.

·         A fixed timeline for this process cannot be committed. Usually it is within 3 days from receiving the wallpaper.
