HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WALL

All you need to do is to measure the width and the height of the complete wall. We always produce your wallpaper in the exact measurements you specify when ordering, so we recommend you to add 5 cm (2 inches) to the measurements, both width and height. For tips on measuring different wall types please see the cases below.

Take measurements of the entire wall's height and width.
To ensure you have it correct, please check again.
It is recommended that you add 5 cm (2 inches) to the width and height of the measurements as we always print your wallpaper in the precise measurements you specify when placing your purchase.

MULTIPLE WALLS

Measure the width of each of your walls and combine these measurements into one when ordering.
Add 5 cm (2 inches) per wall as a safety margin. Then measure the height. Always start from the highest point and also add 5 cm (2 inches) to that measurement. You don't need to order the mural as two separate parts.

WALLS WITH DOORS, WINDOWS OR OTHER OBSTACLES

Measure the width and the height of the complete wall. All obstacles will be cut out during installation.
We always produce your wallpaper in the exact measurements you specify when ordering, so we recommend you to add 5 cm (2 inches) to the measurements, both width and height.

SLOPED WALLS

Measure the wall on the highest and widest point, ignoring any slopes.
The mural will be printed and delivered as a whole rectangle or square and the sloped part is cut away during installation. We recommend you to add 5 cm (2 inches) to the measurements, both width and height.

MULTI-SLOPED WALLS

Measure the wall on the longest part in both with and height.
The mural will be produced as a whole rectangle or square and the sloped part is cut away during installation. We recommend you to add 5 cm (2 inches) to the measurements, both width and height.

STAIRCASES

As with other sloped walls, please identify the highest and lowest point of the wall when measuring the height.
The same goes for the width. All sloped parts will be cut away during installation. We recommend you to add 5 cm (2 inches) to the measurements, both width and height.

Shipment

We shall send you a preview after the order is placed. Once approved, it takes typically 48 hours to dispatch the order.

Cancellation

Since bespoke wallpapers are made specifically to your requirements, they may not be resalable to other customers. For this reason, they cannot be returned.
However, you can cancel an order before it enters the production stage. We typically manufacture and ship orders on the next business day. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly. However, a cancellation fee of Rs 2000 or 25% of the total order value (whichever is higher), will be charged. For fresh designs, cancellation charges will be flat 50% of the total order value.

Return

Typically, bespoke or custom-made products may not be eligible for returns unless there is a damage to the goods. Since bespoke wallpapers are made specifically to your requirements, they may not be resalable to other customers.

Replacement

In case the product is received in a damaged condition by the customer. He should not use the same and initiate the return process.

Share with us the pictures of damaged wallpaper along with packaging, which would confirm that the wallpaper has been damaged during the transit.
We will arrange for the pickup from customer’s place.
Upon receiving the product and inspection we will be providing the replacement.
A fixed timeline for this process cannot be committed. Usually it is within 3 days from receiving the wallpaper.

To prep the wall thoroughly, remove all dirt, old wallpaper, and flaking paint. Use a suitable filler to even out cracks and irregularities, achieving a smooth surface. After smoothing, filling, and sanding, ensure all surfaces are clean and dry. Remove electrical coverings as advised.

Consider using primer to protect and seal the wall, preventing paste absorption into an unpainted surface and enhancing grip on slick surfaces. Priming before wallpaper installation is highly recommended for even adhesion and to ease future removal if updating is planned.

Please note that our wallpapers come in 40-50 inch panels that require overlap matching/cutting, and our website prices do not include installation services.

Upon request, we provide local application teams to our customers. These teams work in collaboration with us and are known for their reliability. However, we do not take responsibility for their conduct and performance.

Customers have the option to self-install, choose a local installer, or opt for an installer advised by Tetsip Media. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect the product before installation.
